This stunning Federation house has been meticulously renovated and extended to create an ideal modern home, whilst honouring the external beauty of the era.  The recreation of the original gable ends and revitalising existing windows, all add to the charm of this Armadale gem.

A timber Windsor picket fence showcases the expansive lawn and garden area.  External sand finished render on the house pairs perfectly with the natural limestone pavers.

Steel frame doors lead from the open plan dining area into this stunning library room.  The original pressed metal high ceilings, along with the addition of built-in stained timber shelving units with its intermittent LED strip lighting, add to the calm ambience of this truly beautiful space.

A light-filled front hallway flows through to a spacious and functional kitchen.  The island bench has a natural stone top and waterfall ends.

The integrated fridge and storage spaces are hidden behind dark-stained timber cupboards for an uncluttered and streamline effect.

A walk-in adjacent pantry frees up the main kitchen area for valuable extra family space.

Natural oak flooring runs through the kitchen, dining, and family living area.  A gas log fireplace adds atmosphere to the whole space.

Powder-coated bi-fold doors lead to the comfortable outdoor living area that overlooks the pool. Limestone tiles are used for the external area and is made even more cosy with an open-fire for those chilly nights.

All equally ideal spaces for entertaining or relaxed family time.

The spacious master bedroom flows through to the dressing room and further to the generous ensuite bathroom. Carrara marble wall tiles and Carrara marble mosaic floor tiles make for a luxurious effect.

All three additional bedrooms are light-filled and have space for desks and built-in wardrobes.

The swimming pool is lined with mosaic pool tiles.  Natural limestone makes up the steps leading into the pool as well as the pavers for the pool surround to add visual continuity to the entire space. All is fenced off to create the perfect secluded haven.
